Nathan Zephyr
Zephyr hand lights by Nathan are the most ergonomic lights we've come across.

They're designed to strap to the hand without having to hold it. They also have a downward angle to light the path while maintaining a natural wrist.

The Zephyr 100 is equipped with a 100 lumin head light and red rear light. The 300 has a 300 lumin light, rear red light AND a sprint mode with a more intense timed mode for training.
If that wasn't all, they have a build in emergency SIREN.

They've work hard to design a product that counts as our top pic for hand lights.

Zephyr 100
Wearing it on your hand, the Zephyr 100 offers front and back LEDs that give you visibility on both sides. The rear facing LED is red and has 8 lumens while the front is white with 108 lumens. There are 3 light settings on this product: high, low, and strobe. With the light on high, the burn time is somewhere around 5 hours. Strobe light offers 15 hours of burn time and low has 8 hours of burn time. You can wear this lamp comfortably on whichever hand you prefer.

The biggest pro to this option is the brightness of the light. You will certainly feel safe while you are running or walking around at nighttime with this LED light. The fact that there is a back and front light offers you more visibility, giving you more peace of mind while in the dark. It is very comfortable while holding it, which is another pro to this option.

However, there are a few cons that you should be aware of when considering this choice. One of the biggest problems is that this may not be the most durable option. Dropping it could very easily break it or render it useless as you can break the charging port on it. It also does not have the best battery life on it, when compared to similar belts or spurs.

This can be a good option for you. It is bright enough to offer you peace of mind while being active at night but does have the potential to break very easily.

Zephyr 300
This hand torch has around 300 lumens, making it an incredibly bright option for people who want to be active while it is dark out. It has a 24-degree downward projection angle, which is excellent for completely illuminating the path ahead. The hand strap is comfortable enough so that you can wear it on whichever hand you prefer. There are 2 sets of LEDs on this product: the front, which is white and has 308 lumens, and the back which is red with 8 lumens. You should also know that this product has an emergency siren on it, in case you get lost or need help so that you can get attention.
There are quite a few pros and cons with the Zephyr 300. For one thing, it is incredibly bright, so you can feel safe running or walking when it is dark out. Since there are lights in the front and back, you can easily see where you are going and you can be seen by people to keep you safe. The strap is comfortable, so you can wear it easily.

One of the biggest cons could be the price. It seems a bit steep for the quality of product that it is. Another issue is the design where the panic button is. It can be very easy to accidentally hit it, which is deafening.

If you like the idea of a hand torch for your needs, the Zephyr is a perfect option. It is bright enough to keep you safe and it is durably made.
